Imagine redefining retirement on the jewel on the South Coast
We are looking for an outgoing Sales Consultant to manage the end-to-end real estate sales experience for all Fresh Hope Communities Retirement Villages across NSW.
This newly created role will give you the opportunity to lead the sales experience for our brand-new premium retirement community in Kiama-Cedar on Collins. With 45 apartments ready for sale to prospective over 55-year-olds, this unique coastal village offers deluxe amenities including a Gymnasium, Resident Lounge, Wine Cellar and Studio providing a welcoming and supportive community.

We’d love to connect and hear about your:
- Proven 5+ years sales ability and experience in the retirement living sector
- Relevant qualifications in real estate, sales, or other relevant discipline
- Excellent EQ, interpersonal, persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
- Approach to understanding prospective buyer needs, motivations, and drivers to balance advice and sales
- Ability to be “tech savvy” and use customer relationship management systems
- Ability to think beyond the Sales Office and engage with potential buyers through creative initiatives.
