Role Overview:
This role is responsible for accounting for all fee-for-service revenue within Stride, with a focus on compliance and maximising revenue for the organisation;
- Responsible for tracking and reporting NDIS and other fee-for-service revenue within Stride, including financial analysis, reporting and revenue forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including NDIS financial regulations and reporting requirements, and participate in NDIS or financial audits as required
- Preparation of financial statements and reports, including data analysis to provide insight and recommendations to management for improved claims and funds management
- Review and improve Stride’s internal billing and claims systems, including implementation and maintenance of new business processes where required, to facilitate transparent, accountable and compliant financial management
- Work collaboratively across Stride’s services to support claims efficiency
- Ensure reporting is completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Responsible for team and workflow management within the NDIS revenue support team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role) and strong knowledge of financial accounting and accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of relevant NDIS financial regulations, guidelines and compliance requirements, and experience in reviewing, modelling and analysing financial data
- Preferred experience in other health-related billing systems eg MBS
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and experience collaborating with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC
- Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
