The Scope
We are looking for an engaged Revenue Manager who brings solid expertise and a passion for FSC’s mission, to work with us in a multinational environment.

You will play a critical role in managing all aspects of revenue, with a primary focus on the Annual Administration Fee (AAF).
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies related to revenue generation and collection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate revenue-related data, including Forest Products Turnover and Annual Revenue, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to project future revenue streams and inform strategic decision-making.
- Own the finance-related aspects of AAF handling, including invoice generation, payment processing, and dispute resolution, in compliance with AAF policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track AAF revenue performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct periodic audits of revenue-related processes and controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue optimization strategies to maximize revenue generation and minimize revenue leakage.
Your profile
Education and Training: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or CPA qualification preferred.
Working Experience, Style and Skills:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, revenue management, or related field, preferably in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial software, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Familiarity with forest product industry standards and certification processes (e.g., FSC) is a plus.
Languages & Communication Skills:
- Fluency in English.
- Spanish is a plus.
- German is an important plus.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills – good skills in the use of/experience with:
- Standard software packages (MS Office).
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau), and familiarity with SAP Business By Design and ERP systems.

The Fine Print
Terms and Conditions - Location: Bonn, Germany.
- Working Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week.
- Duration of Employment: Initial 2-year contract with intent to extend.
- Starting Date: As soon as possible.
