Interim Reward ConsultantLondon / Hybrid 50:50£90,000 or day rate3-5 days per week on offerAlexander Lloyd is partnering with a London-based organisation to find an Interim Reward professional to deliver strategic and operational project solutions between now and January 2024.As an experienced Compensation and Benefits / Reward professional , you can add value in the following areas:

• Remco papers – exec rem and LTIP / SIP
• Annual Benefits renewal & comms
• Pay scales
• FTSE Director salary report
• UK only

We are seeking experienced Reward professionals on a 3-5 day per week basis, possessing a mixture of operational and strategic skills. The contract runs from August 2024 until January 2025, and forms part of an established Reward function.
