SCOPE OF WORK
The Service Provider is expected to:
1. Review and analyse program documentation, including objectives, strategies, and implementation methodologies.
2. Develop a framework and methodology for SROI assessment tailored to the characteristics of the social protection program.
3. Engage with stakeholders, including waste workers, program implementers, and relevant authorities.
4. Collect and analyse data on social and economic outcomes achieved by the program.
5. Assess the social value generated in relation to the resources invested in the program.
6. Identify key success factors, challenges, and areas for improvement.
7. Provide actionable (policy and implementation) recommendations for optimizing the program’s impact.
Submit a visually compelling and professionally designed final SROI report.
