Introduction :

Scope of services

a)         Carry out an in-depth study of the MOA for each of the 64 projects.

b)         In consultation with the UNDP and Ozone Cell, MoEF&CC, develop a physical verification template along with checklist of documents to be collected for each of the milestones.

c)          Physical site visit to each manufacturing facility to carry out the verification and collect supporting documents as per indicators given in the MOA.

d)         In addition to the supporting documents, collect geo-tagged photographs of individual equipment as well as geo-tagged profile photographs of the converted facility along with description of the equipment and the converted manufacturing facility. All the documents, including those indicated against milestones, should be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory (as given in the MOA) of the concerned enterprise and also the authorized signatory of the verifier/agency.

e)         Present findings separately for each project for each of the verifications or the number as determined for a specific project.  There shall be a separate report for each verification.

f)           Each verification should clearly state whether the project has met the concerned milestone or not.  The verifier needs to provide a final outcome.  In case the milestone has not been met, technical remarks/ may be provided.
