Introduction :

UNDP is looking for a company for RFP/2024/002 – Development of Business Plan to improve the effectiveness of the PA management . The Ensuring Sustainability and Resilience (ENSURE) of Green Landscapes in Mongolia project aims to enhance ecosystem services in multiple landscapes of the Sayan and Khangai mountains and southern Gobi by reducing rangeland and forest degradation and conserving biodiversity through sustainable livelihoods. There is a legitimate need to improve the management of the LPA in above and to ensure that local communities equally enjoy the benefits of ecosystem services.

 The project is therefore seeking the services of a company/institution to developb by introducing an innovative payment mechanism for the ecosystem services of the Bayantsagaanii Nuruu LPA and Bukhun Shariin Nuruu LPA.
