We kindly requests you to submit your proposal for the assignment RFP/2024/009 – Introducing and installing the call center service.


UNDP Mongolia seeks a national institution/entity/company to introduce and install the call center service at the hotline 110 of the Independent Authority Against Corruption (IAAC). Specific results to be achieved by the institution are listed below 

The duration of initial contract will be 2 months.

The detailed information including Terms of Reference and other relevant documents can be found in the negotiation attachments.
