UNDP Mongolia seeks a national institution/entity/company to outline the tasks, responsibilities, and methodologies for establishing monitoring points to measure carbon dioxide emissions from soil, plants, and forests in the project area.
The duration of initial contract will be 8 months. The detailed information including Terms of Reference and other relevant documents can be found in the negotiation attachments.
