The purpose of the consultancy service is to align the Billion Tree Fund’s operations with the Conservation Finance Alliance (CFA) Practice Standards for CTFs, aiming to adopt best practices in governance, transparency, and sustainability, and to develop financially viable revenue models for the fund’s long-term effectiveness.
