This service objective is: The specific objective of this work is to run, adapt a tailor-made Employee Resilience Programme – with access to WV-employee specialized confidential counseling support and support managing the program throughout the year.

1.Employee Resilience Program (ERP) for WV Global Emergency Response Team
Access to Specialised, Confidential Counselling Support.
2.Manager and Leadership Consultation
3.Support Managing The Program Throughout the Year
Additional Services
- Assessment Tools & Consultations
- Structured or Mandated Pre-, and/or Post-Deployment Consultations
- Training support:
- Critical Incident Response — Group/team psychosocial support meetings following major responses:
Evaluation Criteria
World Vision will evaluate proposals and select a Supplier, at its discretion. A few criteria it may use, include, but are not limited to the following:
- Quality specialized counselling, employee resilience and consultation support functionality plus reputation and performance of supplier. Robust expertise and tailored service offers and high caliber of expert counselors support to World Vision
- Ability to meet confidentiality, safeguarding and language skill diversity requirements as specified by World Vision
- The thoroughness of proposal preparation.
- Demonstrated excellence in service and support on a global basis.
- Competitive pricing: best in class and globally competitive.
- Ability to deliver the requested services by the required dates.
