Introduction :

The Government of Mauritius aims to implement Digital Technologies to ensure efficiencies in service delivery and system processes. In alignment with this vision, the MOHW has embarked into the implementation of a national eHealth Project in Mauritius and Rodrigues to improve the quality and responsiveness of health care services.

To support the efforts of the MOHW and UNDP in this endeavor, UNDP seeks the expertise of a reputable marketing and communication company. This company should possess a proven track record in communications, particularly in developing impactful brand identities for projects and institutions.

The Service Provider will play a crucial role in fostering communication, generating interest in digital services, and designing public awareness materials for publications and corporate use. These efforts will spotlight achievements, share best practices, and communicate lessons learned effectively.

SCOPE OF TENDER, KEY ACTIVITIES

        

         The contracted party is tasked with the comprehensive development of a brand toolkit aimed at:

• Proficiently crafting communication materials to promote UNDP/MOHW events and services within the realm of eHealth, ensuring strict adherence to established brand standards; and
• Devising and implementing change management and communication initiatives towards the public in general for using digital health tools.

This involves the creation of editable templates suitable for diverse publications, visibility materials, corporate items, branding and identity elements, as well as managing typography, color schemes, and various resources as well as creation of communication and multi-media materials and usage of same in a wide range of media platforms (radio, TV, newspapers, billboards, transport and Digital platforms).
