Introduction :

Through the Funguo Innovation Programme, UNDP Tanzania is seeking to employ the services of a reputable event management, marketing, or communication firm to support the IWTz2024 Organizing Committee in designing and successfully delivering Innovation Week Tanzania 2024.  The successful bidder will be expected to manage venues setup and logistics, Communication, Branding and Digital Media support, Events scheduling, participants registration and post-event reporting, and provide the overall event management and coordination services. 

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
