RFP/G4PP/2602/04 – Design, develop and deliver Citra Training Programme
Citra is a joint initiative between the Government of Sri Lanka and UNDP, which was established in 2018 and is currently anchored with the Prime Minister’s Office. As Sri Lanka’s first Public Sector Innovation Lab, over the last several years Citra worked to strengthen institutions. The Citra Fellowship: Executive Programme aims to expose public officials to new paradigms of development planning, calculated risk-taking, strategic foresight, and whole-of-government approaches to service delivery. United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Sri Lanka wishes to call for Request for Proposals from qualified service providers to Design and deliver a comprehensive session plan for a 5-day workshop for senior public sector officials to achieve the program objectives outlined in this TOR.
