Request for Proposal – Serviço de Rececionista / Telefonista – Edifício das Nações Unidas
O Sistema das Nações Unidas em Cabo Verde, através do Escritório Conjunto do UNDP, UNFPA e UNICEF pretende estabelecer um acordo de longo prazo (LTA – Long Term Agreement) com uma empresa, registada em Cabo Verde, para a prestação de serviço de Rececionista/Telefonista, para o Edifício das Nações Unidas em Achada Santo António.
ÂMBITO DO TRABALHO: PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES
A rececionista/telefonista será responsável pelas seguintes tarefas, sob orientação e supervisão da Administrative Assistant e Operations Manager:
- Receber visitantes com uma abordagem profissional e orientada para o cliente.
- Receber, registar e encaminhar documentos e correspondência interna.
- Atender chamadas telefónicas, encaminhando-as de forma eficaz (internos e externas).
- Receber corretamente as mensagens e transmiti-las atempadamente ao pessoal da ONU em causa;
- Acompanhar e orientar todos os visitantes ao escritório, fornecendo indicações e informações precisas relacionadas a ONU e todas as agências da Casa das Nações Unidas.
- Registar e Monitorizar todos os visitantes em coordenação com serviços de segurança;
- Verificar com o funcionário da ONU se este está à espera de visitas;
- Assegurar que os visitantes estão sempre a usar o cartão de visitante; Operar a central telefónica de acordo com o protocolo existente;
- Reportar/registar anomalias ou eventuais incidentes;
- Garantir/Manter a limpeza e organização da área de receção da ONU.
