Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, hereinafter referred to as UN Women hereby invites prospective vendors to submit a proposal(s) in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Terms of Reference as set out in this RFP.

On 27 November at 2pm, UN Women will host an online information session for interested applicants to introduce the objectives, scope, and requirements of this Request for Proposals. During the session, UN Women will provide an overview of the broader initiative aimed at improving women’s access to information on key social services, economic opportunities, and digital skills across the target regions of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti, Kvemo Kartli, and Shida Kartli. Participants will be briefed on the specific tasks to be implemented in each region – covering information about violence prevention and protection services, basic entrepreneurship and business development, and information and digital literacy. The session will clarify application modalities, expected deliverables, evaluation criteria, and the three-month implementation timeline. It will also serve as a space for prospective applicants to ask questions, seek clarification, and ensure a strong understanding of the project’s purpose.
