• 31 May 2024: Pre-bid meeting via zoom, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM, Lao time to clarify proposers the TOR scope of work, requirements, bidding and selecting process, and contacting award.

• 7 June 2024: Deadline for submitting Request for clarification/Questions
• 14 June 2024: Deadline for submitting proposal
• 21 June 2024: Contracting process
