Scope of Work: UNDP is requesting technical assistance from a consultancy firm for “Project preparation for FARM+ (Financing Agrochemical Reduction and Management Plus)”
Main Objective:
To prepare full project document of FARM+ (Financing Agrochemical Reduction and Management Plus) in Nepal, ensuring alignment with the objectives and goals of the FARM+ initiative:
•Prepare theory of change (TOC), Result Based framework, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, Gender Action Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
•Conduct a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) analysis to understand impacts across diverse social groups.
•Organize consultations with key stakeholders i.e. government, farmer groups, cooperatives, private sectors etc in exploring opportunities for private-sector partnerships and risk financing solutions.
•Provide inputs on the draft PIF and annexes, where requested in coordination and guidance from the International Consultant.
•Prepare a full-fledge PPG (Project Preparation Grant) proposal for submission to the GEF Secretariat and provide support for endorsement of the PPG and UNDP’s internal clearance protocols.
