Introduction :

If a Bidder is submitting offers for more than one Lot, Financial Offer Form to be completed separately for each Lot. The bidder could submit bids on all three Lot’s if complies with technical requirements.

PLEASE NOTE:  If the bidder submits a bid for more than one LOT, the team of key experts MUST be different.

The bidders could be awarded contracts on all three LOT’s if the bidder has the lowest financial bids.
