SCOPE OF TENDER – RFQ for :

1- Workshop on the Role of Municipal Councillors in Durres, Kurbin, and Lezha – September 10 or 11-12, 2024.

2- Workshop with RC Staff: Capacities, Opportunities, and Needs for a Functional Community System of Social Care Services with three RCs – September 26-27, 2024
