Introduction : Country: Mongolia Description of the Assignment: UNDP is looking for a National Institution for the assignment : RFQ/2024/007 Supply of equipment and oat seeds for Pasture Rotation Implementation. The “Improving Adaptive Capacity and Risk Management of Rural Communities in Mongolia’’ (shortly named as ADAPT) project funded by the Green Climate Fund was launched in March 2021. The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, and the United Nations Development Program for 7 years in 4 project aimags including Dornod, Sukhbaatar, Zavkhan, and Khovd aimags. The goal is to improve pasture availability by implementing pasture rotation measures in the four provinces of the project. The contracted entity will provide: 1) Professional Big Power Tiller Hand Push Garden Cultivators 2) Oat seeds 3) Fencing 4) Provide training on how to use the equipment & Report Duration of Initial contract: 14 days Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
