RFQ #3277062 – Environmental Framework eModule consultancy

Purpose: To develop an eLearning module on the importance of considering the environment in humanitarian operations and knowledge of the environment and incorporating environmental practices to World Vision Disaster Management teams.

The eModule will need to be housed within the World Vision learning platform in English.

Key Objectives

A Project Clarity document and Solution Design Document

1 Meet with World Vision staff, collect and analyze key documents, intended audience, learning objectives and knowledge material.

B -Development of eLearning training module

1 Develop storyboard, alpha version using Articulate, audio as needed, pilot testing of eLearning with World Vision staff, with feedback from World Vision staff and team.

C-eLearning and final source file delivery, and project wrap-up

Develop beta version, audio script files as needed, gather edits from World Vision staff, develop final version, and submit package of final files including for Articulate, including for use without internet.

Deliverables:

1. Development of a project work plan outlining the aims and objectives of an eModule on the Disaster Management (DM) operational environmental framework to be delivered over a one-hour duration. This will include meetings with the World Vision (WV) team for clarification and approval.
2. Assess need for additional environmental and humanitarian relevant material. This will be supplied through independent research from vendor or where necessary, e.g., internal documentation, from the WV team.
3. Develop storyboard document that shows a mock-up of the screens, including on-screen text and graphics, script for narration, and a description of any interactions.
4. Work with World Vision team to gather and implement edits on storyboard.
5. Develop Alpha version in Articulate of eModule with draft audio based on the agreed storyboard.
6. Work with World Vision team to gather and implement edits on Alpha version of eModule.
7. Develop Beta version of eModule with draft audio and pilot on staff to ensure success of eModule learning.
8. Work with World Vision team to gather and implement edits on Beta version of eModule.
9. Deliver eModule on DM operational environmental framework.
10. Deliver final source file as Articulate along with audio script. This will be exported as a package for use offline as well as a printed copy.
