Description
We need the capacity for users to be able to upload and process “batches” of referrals as a spreadsheet, rather than filling out the form on the platform for each individual referral. This includes import and export.
We need basic analytics which can be used for monitoring and reporting. This would include e.g. # of referrals in a time period, % of duplicates in total registry, etc. We would define these with our users.
At the moment, the adjudication of duplicates happens off-platform – users log out, call each other, have a discussion, log back in – and we want to bring more of this process onto the platform.
We want some capacity for the platform to notify users when they need to take action. This would be a notification – either SMS or email – which would be triggered by a specific action on-platform, e.g. a referral being sent.
Evaluation key criteria :
1. The supplier has previous experience working on open source software in the humanitarian sector
2. The supplier has previous experience with the CCD deduplication and referral portal.
3. Preferred timezone of supplier would be CET +/-2 hours
