Introduction :

Dear Service provider,

UNDP would like to procure Consumables- Unipod Equipment installation as per the attached Technical Specifications

Delivery Location:- Makerere University – Yusuf Lule Building

Please submit your quotation on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than 17th January 2024 in Ugandan shillings, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes or discounts that may be applicable. Your letterhead should show clearly your tax identification number, TIN.

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum.
