Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Trainer

Positions: 1 (One)

Location – Kolkata

Qualification: The candidate should be Post Graduate in Human resource management/ MBA/ Social studies/ Personal management and industrial relation etc. and have minimum 1-2 years of experience as a CRM Trainer. He or she should have good command over speaking in Bengali, Hindi & English languages. He or she should have good writing skill in English, proficiency in computer with good working knowledge of MS office (including Word, Excel, Power-point) report writing, data entry, compilation. The candidate must have experience in the community mobilization as well

Job Description:

• Employee will manage day to day activities of the Vocational Training Centre in Kolkata, India.
• Employee will make sure that participants are oriented on CRM courses as per the course curriculum/ content in the classroom.
• Employee will ensure the entire training imparted in participatory mode of learning in due time in the classroom.
• Employee will prepare and update profile of each selected candidates in a prescribed format and keep them as office record in the VTC, Kolkata.
• Employee will need to counsel each participant individually in such a way that ensures their success in finding a better job in the formal sector.
• Employee will need to attend FGD in the community meeting as and when required and counsel the potential candidates and encouraged them to attend the training course.
• Employee will need to meet and motivate potential employers for the placement of the successful participants in a suitable position with an assurance of a better job.
• Employee will prepare a batch wise analytical report compiling with their interest, attendance, sincerity, rate of success in the weekly/monthly tests, personality growth etc.
• Employee will keep a record of dropout students and coordination with the mobilization team.
• Employee will required to perform any other activity in letter and spirit as may be assigned from time to time by the Project lead.
• Employee will need to carry any other activity as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Chief of Operations and Programme, Reach India Trust, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Report writing and Documentation:

• Documentation on the activities of the centre as Reach India initiatives.
• Develop case studies and preparing communications materials.
• Coordinate for project documents.
• Coordinate, implement and documentation of the social mobilization processes with the support of other staffs.

CTC: Up to INR 23,000 per Month. (Depending on Candidate’s experience)
