Introduction :

   Following the initiatives and priorities of UNDP Azerbaijan CO to initiate long term agreements for

   the services that are regularly used by the CO, it was decided to conduct a selection process for

   receiving of qualified carrier services.

   It is in this context that the UNDP office is conducting this bidding for the purpose of choosing and

   contracting the best service provider for its international mail and courier needs. The successful

   bidder shall be contracted for this purpose for an initial period of two (2) years and renewable      

   for one (1) additional year thereafter, upon satisfactory evaluation of performance.

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP Quantum.
