REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Provisioning of Residential Workshop Hosting Services.

(Open for four star and above star category hotels in Colombo area)

UNDP Sri Lanka kindly requests your quotation for the provision of residential workshop hosting services for the JSB Climate Promise Global Exchange Workshop which is planned to be held in Colombo Sri Lanka on 4-8 March 2024 with the participation of foreign delegates as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

Workshop Hosting services will include.

Single Room Accommodation on Bed and Breakfast for approximately 38 pax ( 05 Rooms-02 to 08 March (06 Nights) and 33 Rooms- 03 to 08 March (05 nights))
Full day conference including lunch and two tea breaks for approximately 50-60 pax on 04th. 05th, and 07th March 2024. Kindly refer to the Annex1 for details.
