Introduction:
UNDP in Nepal is seeking short-term services from a qualified firm with experience in procuring high-altitude gears, facilitating high mountain tours. This firm will be responsible to facilitate a high-level visit to Everest region in the Helicopter (MI 17) from Kathmandu to Lake Imja and back to Kathmandu, curating and supplying the high-altitude light-weight gears as requested by UNDP, managing logistical services and the printing of UNDP’s logo/slogans on requested gears.
Scope of services:
The expected deliveries are as follows:
• Curating and supply of requested high-altitude light-weighted gears (Supply).
• Customization of the gear with approved printing or embroidery (Visibility).
• Service of a MDGP medical expert with experience in treating high-altitude injury and sickness throughout the trip duration (Medical Services).
• Breakfast arrangement in HEV and light packet before travelling to the lake- (Logistics)
