REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Provisioning of Residential Workshop Hosting Services.

(Open for Three star and above star category hotels in Colombo to Kosgoda except Colombo City Hotels and Negombo areas)

UNDP Sri Lanka kindly requests your quotation for the provision of residential workshop hosting services for the UNDP Staff Residential Retreat Workshop which is planned to be held in any day between 13th to 17th May 2024 as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.

Workshop Hosting services will include.

Single Room Accommodation on Half Board basis for 01 pax for 01 night (Kindly refer to the Annex1 for details).
Double Room Accommodation on Half Board basis 130pax for 01 night (65 rooms)
One Full day and One half day conference including lunch and two tea breaks for approximately 131 pax . Kindly refer to the Annex1 for details.
