Introduction :

SCOPE OF TENDER: For Space Utilization Review of UN House
The Space Utilization Review is to identify opportunities to reorganize use of common space in the UN compound, or to make additional space available to meet office needs and related requirements of the UN agencies while at the same time improving the common space management of existing facilities and seeking any ideas to improve security/ safety/working conditions of the staff, and greening requirements. 
a) The service provider will consult with the UN agencies within UN House on their office space needs, on their priorities and suggestions for the use of common spaces, and on any opportunities to make additional space available from their side for common use or for additional UN agencies.
b) Provide recommendations and options for more efficient use of the common spaces and additional spaces identified through consultations with agencies.
 
c) Advise on steps and any tentative budget requirement for the implementation of the recommendations.
