Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM – 4 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £30 per hour
Clearance Required: Current prison clearance is essential
Contact: Cameron McCoy – 0203 475 4175 /What You’ll Be Doing:Join our Prison Mental Health Team as a Band 6 RMN, supporting individuals in a secure setting. Your key responsibilities will include:✔ Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
✔ Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis management.
✔ Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
✔ Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, prison staff, and external agencies.
✔ Managing complex cases, safeguarding concerns, and relapse prevention strategies.
✔ Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high standards of care.Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:✔ A valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
✔ Current and valid prison clearance (essential for consideration).
✔ Experience working in secure settings, forensic, or prison mental health teams.
✔ Strong assessment and risk management skills.
