Although you will report to the General Manager, you will expected to cover in their absence and be flexible to work weekends as & when required. Also have a good understanding on budgets, forecasts and performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.Candidates will stand a better chance if they have previous Front Office Supervisory to Guest Service Management experience within a 50 – 100 bedroom Hotel or will consider serviced apartments and have a passion for the industry as well as a Can do, hands ON approach.
