The Role:As our Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for supporting team members to ensure our guests are provided with memorable stay experience that is personalised to their needs, throughout their stay at the hotel by ensuring that the team is responding efficiently to their inquiries and advising them of the amenities and benefits offered by the hotel.Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for engaging with the team to ensure wellbeing and satisfaction and will be an integral part assisting the Front of House management team to drive and deliver positive results.Here’s a glimpse into what your day may entail:
