IRW’s International Finance team is recruiting for the position of ‘Roving Finance Manager’ to join its dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis to be based anywhere that IR has a country office globally.
The successful candidate must have or be:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CCAB/ACMA/CPA)
- Good management and financial accounting experience, including a pro-active approach to budget monitoring, reporting etc.
- To establish good working relationships with donors, Country Offices and IRW departments and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Dynamics AX, Agresso Unit 4 will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial matters to non- financial managers.
- Ability to manage and supervise finance and non-finance staff in multiple and remote locations.
- Demonstrable ability to think strategically and highlight areas of future concern and risk.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and needs.
- Ability to develop and build capacities of staff.
- Disposition of a team player.
- Ability to work independently and provide initiative in improving finance/Administration functions.
- To establish good working relationships with a variety of people.
- To communicate clearly in writing and orally
- Able to work under pressure and prioritizes effectively.
