Introduction : The RSRTF’s ‘New Way of Working’ approach at the Triple Nexus intersection differs from conventional funding mechanisms within the humanitarian, development, and peace realms. Therefore, the primary purpose of this comprehensive Fund Evaluation is to test the RSRTF’s approach, to assess the extent to which the Fund is delivering on its Terms of Reference, to evaluate the Fund’s contribution to the intended change, to review the Fund’s ownership, governance mechanisms, and operational effectiveness. This evaluation will build on its early-stage evaluation, which was conducted in 2021 and covers 2021 – April 2024.
