About the role 

As a result of a successful internal secondment within Registry, we are looking for an excellent team player, with good IT skills, a keen eye for detail with the ability to;

• Think critically
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Organise and manage multiple activities
• Problem solve

This busy back-office role supports academic staff and students with activities across the full student lifecycle from enrolment through to Graduation. 

The post is full-time on a fixed-term basis and would suit an experienced administrator or someone with relevant transferable skills that is looking to expand their experience of Higher Education administration. 

The role is based at our Leek Road campus, which is a 5-minute walk from Stoke-on-Trent Train Station, has accessible parking, an on-campus gym, shop and food outlets as well as dedicated spaces for peace & quiet and prayer.
