Job Description

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

  • Utilizing your experience in high-rise building projects to develop specialized safety protocols and procedures tailored to the unique challenges of vertical construction.

  • Identifying potential health, safety, and environmental risks associated with high-rise construction and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

  • Providing expert advice and consultancy services to project teams and clients on health, safety, and environmental matters related to high-rise construction.

  • Developing and implementing emergency response plans specific to high-rise buildings, ensuring the safety of occupants and construction personnel in various scenarios.

  • Designing and conducting training programs to educate project teams, subcontractors, and staff on safety practices, emergency procedures, and environmental compliance.

  • Leading investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

  • Implementing corrective actions based on investigation findings.

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of environmental management plans to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

  • Monitoring and reducing the environmental impact of construction activities.

  • Interfacing with clients to understand their specific health, safety, and environmental requirements.

  • Providing regular updates and reports on HSE performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bacholar degree in Engineering or equivalent

  • Proven record of complex project management

  • Minimim of 20 years of experience
