About the opportunity & you!
We are looking for a positive team player to join the Mosaic team as the Safety, People & Culture Coordinator, serving as the first point of contact for internal and external partners for all People and Culture and Work, Health, and Safety related enquiries. You consider yourself an administration expert, passionate about detail and excellent customer service, with experience in a similar role. You will embody Mosaic values of trust, transparency, respect, collaboration and creation, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.
Duties Include:
- Coordinate WHS activities and support compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Conduct regular WHS audits, and assist employees with WHS systems.
- Facilitate and support hazard identification, investigation, and risk management.
- Act as the return-to-work coordinator.
- Support leaders with recruitment and selection activities.
- Provide accurate HR administration support, including documentation management and reporting for recruitment, training, grievances, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and WHS activities.
Candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Work Health and Safety will be highly regarded.
