himaya was founded in 2008 . The organization has continued to grow, responding to child protection needs on a national level. The dedicated & multidisciplinary team of professionals covers all Lebanese territory with offices in Mount Lebanon, South Lebanon, North Lebanon, and the Bekaa; ensuring accessible services to children across Lebanon.
In order to achieve its mission, himaya works with children as well as their families and the environment as a whole. himaya strives for a radical change on a national level in order to improve the lives of children in Lebanon.

Context

We require comprehensive analyses for four reports, each approximately 40 pages long, detailing a study of salary scales and grading among various NGOs in Lebanon. These analyses will be instrumental in determining the final salary scale for our organization, which we need to implement.

Task description

We need volunteers to undertake comprehensive analyses for four reports, each approximately 40 pages long. These reports will delve into a detailed study of salary scales and grading systems among various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in Lebanon. The purpose of these analyses is to gather extensive insights and data to inform the development of the final salary scale for our own organization. This final scale is crucial for us to implement, as it will directly impact our ability to attract and retain talent effectively. Volunteers involved in this assignment will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s compensation structure, ensuring its competitiveness and alignment with industry standards within Lebanon’s NGO sector. The detailed analyses provided will serve as a foundation for decision-making regarding salary levels and grading, supporting our organization’s commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices
