  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for products and services.
  • Identify potential clients and develop relationships in order to grow a strong customer base within the wood product manufacturing industry.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales within the wood product manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
