Role info:
Sales Account Manager
Home based with travel to clients and team meetings as required
£50,000 – £60,000 Plus Commission (OTE £80,000)
Plus Benefits Including 25 days’ holiday, 4% employer pension contribution (employee contribution 4% of salary), life assurance and private medical insurance

The Sales Account Manager Role:
As an experienced Sales Account Manager, you will be a key player in fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include account planning, maintaining existing relationships, developing new relationships, and securing renewal and upsell business.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve revenue targets.
About you:
+ Proven experience in account management or a related customer-facing role
+ Experience within the Cyber Security sector
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights
+ Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
+ Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant tools
+ Degree in business, marketing, or a related field advantageous
