DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity for a Sales Admin or Trainee Account Manager looking to grow your fashion career. My client is a leading fashion manufacturer, working with some of the key names on the UK and international High Street.Working as part of a small team you will assist the account manager building a maintaining relationships with clients. You will be Product focused, With excellent attention to detail, and a passion for the fashion industry.This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with a successful international business.For the right applicant – reduced working hours can be considered.Sales Admin Assistant / Assistant Account Manager – The Role:

  • Assist in the processing of sales orders accurately and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage and input data and generate reports to track sales performance.
  • Organise and distribute of fabric samples and developments for approval.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and provide valuable insights into competitor offers.
  • Work closely other internal teams including Technical, Design, and Merchandising
  • Liaise with suppliers internationally and manage critical path data and timelines, raising any problems to the teams.
  • Support to the sales team with day to day admin, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, preparing sales reports, maintaining client databases, and organizing sales materials.

Sales Admin Assistant / Assistant Account Manager – The Candidate

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • A passion for the Fashion Industry and an understanding of clothing manufacturing is essential
  • Knowledge of the development process and critical paths is desirable
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Word & Excel knowledge to an intermediate level is essential
  • Excellent time management
  • Highly organised
  • Clear & confident communication and presentation skills.
