• Proactively following up on sales leads

• Assessing customer needs and providing product information

• Accurately entering and managing customer orders

• Coordinating with the logistics team to schedule and arrange timely deliveries of products to customers

• Ensuring that delivery schedules are met and communicating any changes or delays to customers

• Handling order modifications or cancellations

• Providing customers with an excellent service

What You’ll Bring:

• Fantastic communication skills

• Able to build strong relationships with customers

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Confident user of MS office packages
