In addition to the competitive salary of £24,610, there are also benefits on tap – including…Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Sales Advisor in Smethwick/Oldbury (B66 1NJ), you’ll be responsible for:Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations whilst cross selling and up-selling.Making phone calls to lapsed customers to regain their business.Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.Completing general warehouse duties, including picking, and packing orders, organising deliveries and ensuring merchandising displays to a high standard.This is full time permanent position 40 hours per week between 07.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis from 08.00am – 12.00pmAnd here’s what we’d like you to have:Proven experience in sales or customer service roleDependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitudeWe look forward to receiving your application!
