This position will be a stand-alone role reporting into our Director of Operations. You will oversee our Yannick Alleno outlets.As Sales and Events Manager, you will bring business to the Pavyllon Private Dining Room and provide the Restaurant & Bar with a solid events calendar that maximizes business during every season, ensuring both venues are a destination for dining or events.
Responsible for identifying appropriate leads to attend restaurant and Private Dining Room events, capitalizing on each venue’s events and buy-out calendars.
