The Ideal Sales and marketing assistant will possess:

We provide a 2 week accelerated training period that will provide you with a solid understanding of the foundational skills needed to expand within our industry. This will be spent with some of the top-performing individuals within our team along with endless networking opportunities from offices across the UK.

– Hybrid pay structure ( weekly base pay + competitive commission)

We have found this is the best way of providing stability and security for our team whilst allowing for their pay to develop alongside their skills.

Starting salary – £24,000 with the ability to revisit and boost after the training period.
