🚤 Sales and Marketing Director – Marine Retail & E-Commerce
| Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid Working AvailableAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales and Marketing Director to take the lead in a well-established and growing marine retail and e-commerce business. This is a senior leadership role with full strategic and operational responsibility for driving sales, improving profitability, and guiding the business through its next stage of growth.💼 The Role Reporting directly to the business owners, you’ll oversee all aspects of sales and marketing across a multi-site retail operation and online store.🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy
• Lead retail and e-commerce operations to achieve commercial targets
• Plan and manage the company’s presence at industry events and boat shows
• Oversee product range development and new market opportunities
• Manage and grow the brand’s digital marketing presence
• Build a management structure to support growth and future planning
• Lead, mentor and support staff across multiple locations
• Monitor KPIs and report on key performance data
• Develop strong partnerships with marinas and other key stakeholders

👤 About You We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will bring:

• Proven experience in a senior Sales, Commercial or Marketing leadership role
• Background in retail, e-commerce or marine-related sectors
• Track record of growing sales and profitability in a hands-on environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills across multiple sites
• Sound understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
• Commercial acumen and budget management experience
• Knowledge of or passion for the marine sector preferred
• Flexible and proactive approach, with high levels of initiative

🌍 Location & Working Pattern

• Based in Swanwick, Hampshire
• Regular travel to retail sites across Hampshire (Gosport, Lymington)
• Some hybrid working available depending on operational needs
