We pride ourselves on our innovative approach, our dedication to upholding the highest safety and quality standards, and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment where our employees can thrive.The OpportunityAs a Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, providing essential support to our sales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in managing various aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and directly contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
• Handle incoming inquiries and ensure prompt and professional responses.
• Generate quotations and ensure they meet customer needs.
• Maintain and update the Sales Pipedrive database to ensure accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
• Manage live quotations and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Produce detailed sales reports for internal evaluation and strategy planning.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient order processing and delivery timelines.
• Assist in the processing of customer orders, from receipt to completion.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining strong relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate or professional with experience/interest in sales and marketing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in managing databases, with knowledge of systems like Pipedrive being a plus.
• An enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and fostering client satisfaction.

• Commencing Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year.
