Cartier – Sales Associate, Harrods(Permanent, Full time)HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As an Ambassador for Cartier, you will ensure a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, proactively develop your client portfolio and partecipate to the daily boutique operations.Key ResponsabilitiesSales Achievements

  • Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
  • Master perfectly the selling ceremony
  • Adapt according to client needs and motivations.
  • Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
  • Act as the privileged contact for the client in case of After Sales
  • Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

  • Cultivate strong client relationships and develops client loyalty
  • Develop efficiently the client portfolio
  • Execute targeted CRM actions
  • Participate to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison

Boutique Operations

  • Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
  • Participate in inventories
  • Support the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
  • Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Assist with special projects when requested
  • Undertake administrative tasks and stock room related tasks when required

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A proven track record of successful achievement within a luxury retail environment
  • A sales orientated target driven background
  • Excellent customer service credentials
  • Experience of dealing effectively with different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
  • Fluent in English – ideally one additional language
  • IT literate
  • A strong communicator
  • Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Team-player with empathy and strong interpersonal skill
