About You

Sitting within the Global Sales & Conversion team, this role will work closely with frontline sales and marketing nurture teams to provide ongoing operational data and analytics support as well as performing analyses of key data sets to draw out insights, helping to inform decision making across the wider University portfolio. The Sales & Conversion Performance Reporting Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying areas of opportunity across the prospective student recruitment journey and validating key pieces of work through attribution and impact reporting.

The Sales & Conversion Performance Reporting Manager is responsible for providing technical expertise, to develop innovative solutions, write complex queries, and facilitate continuous improvement to, and efficiency within, an increasingly complex operating environment.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:

  • Demonstrated advanced capability in statistical analysis approaches and other analysis techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in data visualisation techniques to communicate key concepts and insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and iterate solutions.
  • Evidence of advanced skills in SQL, Python and/or R studio.
  • Strong communication and interactive skills – oral, written, visual especially for triaging conflict, navigating ideation barriers, mitigating risk, fostering thought diversity and liaising/ negotiating with a range of people to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • A self-starter with a willingness to work independently and with minimum guidance.
